“Britishness Today”

Henry Smith MP for Crawley (Conservative Party):  Mr Smith has a B.A. in Philosophy (University College London), worked in the National Health Service and with a property investment business based in Crawley. Was Leader of West Sussex County Council in 2003 at the age of 34, becoming the youngest county council leader in the country.

His talk at the Crawley Library focussed on what “Britishness” means today in a new multicultural and multifaith context.
